This website is operated by Mamma Mia Advisory Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) together with Cosmos Financial Solutions in the UK. Data we collect
We only collect personal data you choose to give us, and a minimal amount of technical data needed to run the website securely.
- Enquiry details — when you use our contact form, email or call us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), organisation (optional), the service and region you select, and the content of your message.
- Technical data — our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to keep the site secure and working.
- Cookies — we use one strictly necessary cookie on the contact page to protect the form from spam. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. See our cookie policy.
We do not knowingly collect special category data. Please do not include sensitive personal information (for example about health) in the contact form.

We will not use your details for marketing unless you have separately agreed to this. If you become a client, our engagement letter will explain how we use your data to deliver our services.
Sharing your data
We never sell your data. We share it only where necessary with:
- specialists within our network who are best placed to answer your enquiry;
- service providers who support our business, such as our website host and email provider [name providers, e.g. hosting company, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace], under contracts that protect your data;
- professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement where required by law.
International transfers
We operate across the UK, the Gulf and other regions. If your enquiry is handled by a member of our network outside the UK, we will make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to [24 months] after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case our client retention policy applies. Server logs are kept for no longer than [90 days].
Your rights
