Our founder
Waheeda Shah
MBA · MiP · FCMA · CGMA · BA · PG Dip · Dip · FIOEE
Waheeda is a Senior Finance Executive (FCMA, MBA, BA) and trusted advisor to CFOs of multi-billion-pound organisations, recognised for leading business-critical and cutting-edge transformation programmes. A Freeman of the City of London and a serial entrepreneur with a global network, she works closely with UHNW clients, corporates, freelancers and SMEs across multiple regions.
A disruptive and innovative thinker, Waheeda mentors Russell Group university students through leading innovation centres. Her career spans investment companies, real estate, fintech, banking, asset management and insurance, where she has developed deep expertise in large-scale transformation and strategic change.
She is a qualified Executive and Leadership Coach (ILM 7) with specialist capability in performance and business coaching, lifestyle and wellness, divorce, gender balance, and AI & tech coaching. As an experienced AI and technology leader, she has delivered AI-enabled financial models, forecasting and reporting solutions, data and analytics platforms, credit risk tools, agentic AI task-management systems, Green Finance AI for ESG reporting, and AI-driven legal technology for due diligence, drafting, research and compliance.
Waheeda is also a partner of the IFZA Free Zone in the UAE, which has recently expanded its global footprint with the launch of its Panama Free Zone. She advises expat communities and international investors on company setup and relocation services.
In addition, Waheeda serves in a consulting capacity with Forvis Mazars, a global tier-one consulting firm, with a particular focus on driving business growth.
